Jitendra Singh Bhadauria, a resident of Bhind, works in Ahmedabad. He was traveling in a bus from Ahmedabad to Bhind via Gwalior. During a telephone conversation, he argued with his girlfriend and drank alcohol. While drunk, he started misbehaving with women traveling on the bus.

The women interrupted him. When the conversation started to get heated, some passengers on the bus hit him to shut him up. In this regard, Jitendra Singh informed the police via mobile phone that a gang rape was taking place in the bus heading to Bhind. Four young people rape a girl together.
