GUWAHATI: Women have taken a step ahead of their male counterparts in the Arts stream according to the Assam HS 2024 results declared today.
With 1,01,080 females dying out of the 12,155 who appeared, the pass percentage stands at 90.12%, which is higher than the male pass percentage of 85.85%.

A total of 88,934 men sat for the Arts stream exam, with 76,354 passing. A total of 13,278 male students passed 1st division and 27,855 female students passed 1st division in the Arts stream.
The overall pass percentage in the Arts stream was estimated at 88.24%.
