: Congress senior vice-president and party candidate from Nagarkurnool Lok Sabha constituency Mallu Ravi on Wednesday said BJP state president G Kishan Reddy dreamed that the saffron party had prospects to win majority parliamentary seats in Telangana. “Though BRS and BJP entered into a secret deal and the pink party helped the saffron party in the LS polls, the people voted in favor of the Congress due to its good governance within 100 days of its arrival in the power,” he said. “The Congress is set to win as many as 14 of the 17 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state. At the national level, the Congress-led INDIA alliance has performed well and will form the next government. Rahul Gandhi will become Prime Minister,” he said. It is high time that BJP leaders, including Kishan Reddy, give up the habit of lying to the people, otherwise there is a possibility of them setting a world record in lying to the people, Mallu Ravi asserted. In Telangana, people have stopped trusting the misleading statements and comments of BJP leaders and have full faith in the Congress, he added.
