. Students created ruckus in the Maharana Pratap group of colleges on Wednesday, alleging that the CUET document was leaked. The students also pelted stones in the college premises. There was anger among students coming from remote areas at the news of the paper leak. Massive police forces were deployed as hundreds of students spiraled out of control. The college is located in Mandhana area, Chaubepur police station area.

DCP West Vijay Dhull said hundreds of students had visited the examination center for the CUET entrance exam of Maharana Pratap Group of Mandhana Colleges in Chaubepur. Students claim that the exam was scheduled to be held offline from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., but even after the exam was over, students were sitting in many rooms.

The students started creating ruckus over this. Seeing the situation getting worse, the college management called the police. The police tried to calm the angry students, but their anger did not subside and they started throwing stones.

When the police took strict action against the stone-throwing students, the students became even angrier and started shouting slogans. The students said: “The papers are kept in the rooms.” Seeing that the situation was not improving, large numbers of police were deployed in the college.
